It depends, are you asking if others should, or if you should. If you, you should contact your archdiocesan vocation director, or a local religious in your parish. Search around and find out what particular orders interest you. You can contact their vocation director as well. Remember to also pray to God to help guide you in whatever calling you may have.

No. The Roman Catholic Church has specific roles for men and women and they are different. Women can join a religious order and they are typically called nuns. Men have different options available to them. Men can become priests, brothers, or monks.

The Roman Catholic Church considers Sex Reassignment surgery as an attempt to modify the way God created you and a sinful act. Becoming a Nun requires that you are open to having a lasting relationship with God. During the discernment process to become a Nun there is lengthy psychological evaluation and the Church would find that your desire to have reassignment surgery an impediment to joing the order.

because men are monks and nuns are female how come girls join boy scouts what the difference.

Answer

Actually, men can be nuns, they are called monks. Any religious under solemn vows who lives a cloistered life is a monk (if they are a man) and a nun (if they are woman), nothing more than a matter of semantics.

If you mean female to male, where the person transitions to be more masculine, no.

If you are mistaken in your question and mean a transsexual woman, then the answer is yes and no. The official Catholic Church likely won't accept a TS woman as a nun, and probably not even after surgery, though some have had this opportunity. But there may be unofficial orders that might.

Catholic AnswerNo, a person seeking to enter a monastery to give their life to Christ must be secure in their own identity, as given them by God, before even being considered for a religious vocation.

Had surgery not knowing you were pregnant?

It is not as 'unsafe' as one might think to have surgery whilst pregnant, however it does help if you're aware that you're pregnant before you have the surgery. As soon as you become aware that your pregnant and have had surgery, it's worth getting an ultrasound done to check that the fetus has not suffered any ill-effects - although most people would get an ultrasound when they find out that they're pregnant anyway. You may find it reassuring to know that it's now considered safe for a pregnant woman to undergo liver or kidney transplant surgery and still give birth to a healthy baby.

What is a transexual vs a transvestite?

A transsexual persons is someone who will likely and eventually undergo sex-reassignment surgery (i.e., a "sex change operation"), whereas a transvestite only dresses like the opposite sex. In other words, assuming MtF, one is a woman with a birth condition that needs corrected, and the other is merely a man dressing as a woman. After surgery, a TS woman is just a woman, and should never be considered trans+anything.
