Christian's disagree on this issue. Many believe that if man is divorced for any reason he cannot remarry and still pastor a church. Others believe that he can only pastor if he is re-married because of the death of his first wife. Still others would say that he can be re-married as long as the first divorce was either initiated by the other party, or if it was initiated by the pastor for biblical reason (ie marital unfaithfulness). The Bible teaches that the pastor should be the "husband of one wife." How this works out in our everyday reality is not 100% clear, though the idea behind the original text is that he is a "one woman man." I don't think this automatically disqualifies a man who has re-married if he has proven that what had happened in the past, is truly in the past, and there is evidence of repentance and change in His life. Though many would probably disagree with me on that, I believe the overarching narrative of Scripture is one of grace and restoration, so why would we not extend that same grace to our pastors.

What is the role of pastor emeritus?

The title "Pastor Emeritus" usually refers to a pastor who has been involved greatly in a congregation's life. This pastor may have been the one who founded the particular church body, or one who had just retired. Usually a Pastor Emeritus is given the title as an honor and as a way of saying, "well done, now you can rest." In other words, a Pastor Emeritus is not expected to continue his work at the church, but to enjoy retirement. This does not mean that the Pastor Emeritus cannot agree to fill in or assist when needed.

How many years should a pastor have to have his own church?

In most mainstream denominations the congregation "owns" the church not the pastor. Some churches are created by one person who would "own" it, but in most cases the church is not owned by the pastor. I would be weary of a church where the pastor owns it. The when the denomination or congregation owns the church it provides checks and balances to avoid corruption and megalomania by a pastor or sole person running the church. If a person is a secondary worship leader and desires to be a senior pastor, then since most churches seeking a pastor have a "pulpit committee" that would help vet the candidates you would need to seek out churches that need a pastor and talk to the committee that is charges with finding the pastor. Each church has it's own set of requirements. My husband got out of seminary and got a church right away as a senior pastor and we have been at this one and only church for 22 years. Every congregation is unique and you will just have to contact each one like any other job you seek to have with resumes, recommendations etc.

Is it so that once the pastor comes out of the spirit the whole church will come out also?

No, I've been in some services where the Pastor is preaching and people stayed on the floor the whole time.

Who leads the Pentecostal church?

I am not entirely sure what you meant by this question, but I think you are asking who leads A pentecostal church rather than THE pentecostal church, but I could be wrong. A pentecostal church is lead by a Pastor who is usually selected by members of the church and has been ordained as a minister. My father is a Pentecostal minister. We attended the church before he was the pastor. The former pastor was asked to leave because of some personal issues and my father had just graduated from Bible College. My father was appointed as interim pastor which means they made him the pastor until they decided who would be the permanent one. Another man from the church also thought God wanted him to become the new pastor, so the church members voted and they chose my father. This may not be how every church does it. I do know of another church where the pastor died of old age and the assistant pastor became the new pastor, although I believe they still voted on it. HOWEVER!, if you were to ask my father who leads a pentecostal church, he would answer, without blinking and without a second thought,"God leads a pentecostal church". :)

What is the difference between a preacher and a pastor?

My answer would be this: A preacher is one called by God to go out and preach God's Word to people. A pastor is a preacher who has been called to be a preacher to a church. A pastor has one church that he preaches at and calls his "home" church. A preacher might receive the call to preach, but doesn't stay at one church all the time. He might be a member of a church, but he doesn't necesarrily pastor there. Think of the idea of circuit preachers, moving from town to town.
