It is possible using parts from the model 70 but there would be alot involved, im not sure if you need to replace the entire internal assembly or just the feedthroat. you will also need a new stock and probably a new trigger assembly. a stock for a model 70 would cover the hole made from the tube mag. good luck!
Yes, but should be done by professional, there is little room for error, because hot fumes from igniting bullet can burn your hand if not done right

Yes, it says on the barrel, .22 S, L, LR. They will feed from the clip as well. Mid 80's Marlin Model 25 will as well. Post '88 Marlin Model 25N rifles will not feed them from the magazine. Just read the barrel if you are not sure which model you have.

Complete bolts are quite expensive and are available for the old or new model for around $60. Magazines are $25 and are available from Numrich gun parts as the Marlin model 80. I'd suggest going to a local gun show and trying to pick up a junker parts rifle to repair yours.
