The game Borderlands I can't hear people's mic what do i do I went to the willowengine.ini and it says bhasvoice equals true i dont know what else to do i cant hear other people?
the game wont let you hear them if you don't have a mic, and yeah it sucks.

because when you hear your voice normally, the vibrations are going through your organs and bones (a solid). That sounds different then hearing a sound that vibrates through the air, and when you talk into a microphone, the sound vibrates through the air.

It may be you have a directional mic instead of an omnidirectional mic. A directional mic will only pick up the sound it is pointing at. BTW, microphones do not have a volume control to turn up, they have a gain control.
