If you was convicted your best bet is to write a letter to the judge and see if he can withhold your adjudication but your last resort would mean to get a pardon from the state clemency witch is not something easy to do and you can get turned down very easily and most likely will unless you achieved a mess of stuff between the time you have been out and now and it has to be atleast 10 years old. there can be other ways just do more research but don't hold your breath. last but not least if its a second degree or higher felony or if its a violent felony, i wouldn't even waste my time but you will never know until you try.
