If a mouse has not been handled and socialized from birth, it will have a much more difficult time learning to be tame and to trust people. Some mice may never really be tame. But there are some basic taming techniques that will work in most cases, and at least improve the mouse's tameness a little bit.
Who is she? the mouse, or the owner?
ask a pet owner

The best way to learn to use a touch pad is by using it. Its a very simple interface to use. Lightly touching it and moving your finger around on it moves the mouse pointer. Tapping it is like clicking the mouse button. You can double-tap it for a double click. Some touch pads have buttons adjacent to it so you can use these buttons like mouse buttons.
Yes. It is always legal for a cat to kill a mouse. Laws in general cannot be made to apply to animals because animals can't understand them. The cat's owner may be subject to civil law if the mouse is a valued pet. the mouse's owner could bring suit, one supposes. If the mouse is a wild mouse living in the walls of the apartment, the apartment landlord could, perhaps, be sued for allowing an infestation of mice; the cat killing the mouse would be legal, but the apartment owner might be breaking the law by not maintaining his apartment in a safe and sanitary state.

It depends on the costume you purchase. You can purchase a Disney licensed mouse costume that would like Minnie Mouse or Mickey Mouse or you could buy just a mouse costume that would like a real mouse. The choice is yours.

They were created to like each other, there is no WHY.
I like Mini Mouse the best, but it all depends on your personal choice/and or preference. :)
