If you mean people in dragon armor, yes. Unless they use some hack, it's not possible to turn into a dragon.
there new f2p armor its corrupt dragon use it wisely it will crumble in 30 minutes
i think the person means about fighting dragons and yes there members only

∙ 15y agoUnfortunately no. You actually can, with the realease of PvP Worlds, non mebers have acess to "Corrupt" dragon weapons. Theese weapons are badly damaged and when weiled, you may only weild for i think 30 mins before they turn to dust. Try and type in "Corrupt ( name of weapon ) " on the Grand Exchange. Good luck.

∙ 15y agoThey can only use the corrupted dragon armor, which can be obtained by PVPing or buying it from the GE. It only lasts for a half-hour, so if you get it from PVP, it's just better to sell it. The regular dragon armor is for members only.

∙ 15y agoThere are no dragons in non-members worlds. The only dragon you can find there is Elvarg in the Karamja Lesser Demon cave, but you can only kill him once during your quest. If you want to fight dragons you've got to be a member. Klein~ 120/1892

Dragon Dagger P++ or Just a Dragon Dagger or you can use the Dragon Long. I like the Dragon Dagger P++ best Dragon Claws are 28million gold. they are best as of now. i recommend you do monkey madness and get dragon scimitar because sooner or later you will have to because dragon longsword is very slow to train with. dragon 2 handed sword is around 1million gold dragon spears do not require a quest but are not that great.
