http://www.fidelitysystems.com/Unlinked_DNA.html contains a photo of DNA obtained via an electronic microscope.
Note added by another user: This is NOT a photo of DNA under a compound microscope. This is DNA under a scanning electron microscope.
no, a nucleus can only be viewed using a transmission electron microscope and a scanning electron microscope as the magnification and resolution are not strong enough in a light microscope.
It depends on which type of nucleus you mean.
In Biology, the nuclei are the largest organelle in the cell and were discovered in 1719 by Van Leeuwenhoek using a normal light microscope. Researchers today will use electron microscopy and light microscopy to look at this type of nucleus.
In physics, the nucleus is at the centre of an atom and usually comprises of protons and neutrons. It is impossible to "see" them, but they can be visualised using both types of Electron Microscopy mentioned above.
no
-----------------
You can see the nucleus of a plant or animal cell with a light scope. I've looked at the nucleus of protozoa many times. I think the "No" is referring to the nucleus of an atom.
Phloem
Yes but only with larger cells (E.G. An Onion cell nucleus is visible at around 150x in the top left hand corner of a cell.) You can also see human skin cell nucleus at around 900x but to see clearly I would recommend around 1500x
Yes, you can. But you are unable to see the nucleolus inside of the nucleus.
yes, because nucleus cells produce a lot of energy which makes them expand....do not ask me how i know this....
no, nuclei are extremely small
yes
With a less stronger microscope the nucleus ,cell membrane and cytoplasm are visible, but in plant cell cell wall and chlorophalast
It does not have a color. If you look at it under a microscope, you can't see it unless you put a stain on it.
You use it to see the object on your slide on a compound microscope. Point a flashlight at the mirror to see.
yes you can see cell membrane under micorscope
compound light microscope
4.Nucleus
You can see chloroplasts and a nucleus under a light microscope.
The cell nucleus is most easily seen under a light microscope.
If you look under a microscope and see that there is no nucleus, thats a prokaryotic cell. If it does have a nucleus, its a eukaryotic cell
With a less stronger microscope the nucleus ,cell membrane and cytoplasm are visible, but in plant cell cell wall and chlorophalast
Those that you can see under the microscope are the cell wall, nucleus, nucleolus, and cytoplasm.

a compound microscope or an electronic microscope will do.
compound light microscope
yes you can see cell membrane under micorscope
The compound microscope is a light microscope that uses light to "see" microbes. Viruses are too small. The electron microscope uses electrons to "see" microbes or viruses.
