You need to know the year of the truck. The Ford website lists all specs by year and model. For example, wheelbase of the 2012 truck are as follows: 137.0" (Regular Cab) 141.8" (SWB SuperCab); 158.0" (LWB SuperCab) 156.2" (SWB Crew Cab); 172.4" (LWB Crew Cab)
It has 4 on the cab ONLY. Now if the fenders and front end / Dog house are still bolted to the cab then there will be 2 more up front. 1 on each side of the radiator.
