I'm sorry but you are dead wrong. Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a partial agonist of Cannabinoid Receptors 1 and 2. These receptors are what create the anti-inflammatory, pain killer, etc.. effects of THC. JWH-018 on the other hand is a full agonist of both receptors. This means that when it binds to the receptors it creates a much stronger release of anandamide(the endogenous ligand, a derivative of arachidonic acid). The problem with this is that anandamide release creates vasoconstriction, which reduces the diameter of the blood vessels, which in turn increases blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate etc... and can lead to a multitude of terminal problems. YOU CAN OVERDOSE, BE CAREFUL.
