well are you clean now-do you have a job- have you change your ways?-if not no
Dear God, I hope not. If a foster family celebrates a special occasion like their anniversary, and they DO NOT get drunk, I would think that's ok. I would even think it's ok to have a glass of wine w/dinner, but it is not ok for a foster parent to get drunk. If there is drug use, and it's not something that's given due to a medical condition, then a foster parent should never do drugs. The foster parent(s) have a duty to set a good example, and to certainly do it while being sober. If you are in a situation with foster parent(s) doing drugs and drinking, you should let your case worker know. If you are asking this question because you want to become a foster parent, please keep in mind that these children are probably coming to you out of a bad situation. For the sake of the children, don't even try to foster a child if you are drinking and/or doing drugs. It is a privilege to have a child in your home, and that child deserves all the love and support he/she can get.
can you get a section 8 with a drug charge in tennessee
can you work as a security gaurd with a misdemeanor drug charge
Same as any other person- yes, if they post their bond. You need to talk to a lawyer and a bail bondsman.
yes
Neither, the child in question would be placed in a foster home until either parent proves to be capable of raising a child.
I don't know. How can a parent even consider intruding on their offsprings life to the point of locking them up?
esponging a 33 year old drug felony charge
Sure they can. The parent would have to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the supposed incideces had occured. Breaking curfew wouldn't be a criminal offence. Drug use is not a criminal offence unless a person is found committing that offence, same as theft.
Prove you were not the person in possession or that you didn't know it was drugs, or that it wasn't actually drugs, or that there is no evidence to show that you were the person in possession of the alleged drugs. Simple.
Call child services. These children need to be taken to a foster home, away from a drug-abusive parent.
My daughter was arrested on a DUI, and one charge was for possession of a Legend Drug. What is a Legend drug?
