Usually not but it depends on the brand. The more common brands like Hershey's and nestles have a lot of additives that you have to be careful with. But there are other brands that have natural and gluten free Milk Chocolate that you can usually find at a whole foods or most stores that have an allergy aware or gluten free section in the store that are just as good. But if I were you I wouldn't take a chance with the bigger brands because I've gotten a reaction from some of them, oh yea and I have celiac so you can trust my answer since I always have to be safe too.
