Probably not. Crohn's disease can flare up at anytime. It is not curable. It can go into remission for years and re-appear very suddenly. Stress often is blamed for flare-ups and what can be more stressful than basic training or a posting to a war zone. Army doctors will probably not take the chance.

No Army would except anyone with crohn's unless it had not been active for 15+ years, but even then it is unlikely.
