What is poetic stressed and unstressed in this poem?

In every word, there are syllables. For example, take the word "along." The short "a" is one syllable and the "long" is another syllable. However, one syllable is emphasized more than the other; the "a' is less emphasized than the "long." Therefore, "a" would be unstressed and the "long" would be stressed.
