Some pet hamsters can carry a virus called lymphocytic choriomeningitis which can cause misscarraige or birth defects. But its not that commonly found in pets hmasters that you have had for a while. I personally wouldn't take the risk and try to find my hamster a new home
the hamster might be pregnant
A female hamster can get pregnant if it mates with a male hamster.
A pregnant hamster, by definition, must be female.
No, a hamster needs a mate to become pregnant.
you can tell a female hamster is pregnant by seeing if the hammy is fat around the belly and put the hammie's belly up to your hammie's tummy is moving.
If your hamster is noticably bigger, it is probably pregnant.
It does, but mostly the lower part of the belly gets bigger when the hamster is pregnant.
Of course not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only the adult female hamster can get pregnant and give birth to babies.
you put it in the same cage with a male hamster
to get the female hamster pregnant you have to have a male
if you have a hamster and its pregnant it will make a nest.if a hamster has 12 babies it will die if less its ok.
erg a male hamster and a female hamster kind of go together and... yeah
