i drive a 2002 chevy silverado ext cab, and the speaker sizes are 4x6 in the rear and 5 1/4 inch in the front. I am currently running two se65 6 1/2 inch speakers on the front with stock tweeters and 2 5 1/4 inch se55 both 2 way speakers. I also have 2 mtx 12" shallow mount subwoofers with a basic jvc head unit. I personally would run a component speaker set in the front and maybe a 2 way speaker in the rear, but always budget higher in the front speakers and i also prefer 15" subwoofers
