Yes, it can.
If the handbrake assembly is working properly it shouldn't.
The family truck is a twenties- vintage Oldsmobile modified into a truck, as was common in that period- the precursor to purpose-built pickup trucks. It had a handbrake and the operator had to heave backwards to release the handbrake in order to get the car in gear. On the show, this job nearly always fell to Jethro. I had throught maybe this cut in a compressed-air starting gear but it was the handbrake.
it culd be that u have problems with the hand break calbe, or the diferential
Bucket truck reaches can greatly vary in length. A bucket truck can reach about 70-85 feet at the most.
it has a sticky handbrake switch
i have had this problem personally, first do the obvious checks such as handbrake, obstructions and make sure the truck is in gear. if this fails turn the truck off totally and restart it, do not touch any levers etc until the lights on the dashboard have finished their sequence, gently try pressing the accelerator, if not i would recommend calling a service engineer from a competent company. hope you get it sorted :)
move out get your boxex and your uhual truck and move
I drive a tow truck and have done several Volvo trucks, easiest way is to spread open the door with an airbag and use a long rod to reach in and move the lock, takes 30 seconds.
The answer before was a lie. The truck is UNMOVABLE. Check the game code. That truck is there for scenery.
It is possible to find a reach truck for sale or rent. These places include: www.craigslist.com, www.goscorlifttrucks.co.za/, or www.goscorlifttrucks.co.za/node/284.
