Actualy they can't or should I say "aren't supposed to." Publick officials aren't allowed to do anything with anyone who isn't an imancipated minor or the gaurdian/custodial parent of that child. Now, im not saying the school might not do it and claim they have every right, but then you would have to take them to small claims or get a lawyer
