They call the police, and from there the police can decide whether to give you a ticket or not.

I am not sure what you are asking but normally you can take Texas online traffic school and keep the speeding ticket off your record. There is a link to the Texas traffic school at the link below. Next you can appear for court and usually take a deferment. If it is more serious then you need a Texas traffic attorney.
There is no statute of limitations on traffic tickets in Texas. If the officer did not give you a ticket, you were not issued one. Look up the ticket online, if possible.
I got expelled from school and i was a straight A student, i got a ticket and probation
Simply... yes.
Yes it will. Texas will apply two points against your license for an out of state ticket. Your insurance company may also raise your rates. Check with the court to see if you can take online traffic school and the ticket not be reported. If it is a serious ticket, hire an attorney to contest it for you.
In Texas the answer is yes. This will vary by state. I am a Dallas area ticket and warrant attorney. Look me up if you need help. www.richardhmartin.com.

No.
500 dollars, I know because it happened to a close friend.
Contact the Texas court where you are/were supposed to go and inquire if the Georgia class meets their requirements and what you have to do to get your class credited to your offense.
