Some advanced techniques allow you to be alerted when someone reads your email. However, something simple to use would be privnote. Give it a try.

No, it is not possible to see that feature. It shows that the message or mail has been sent. But the confirmation of mail receiving is not there.
Email verification helps an email recipient know that the sender address information in an email message is actually that of the sender.Like in a regular postal service letter, the from addressis merely text put into mail by the mail program and spammers can have it say anything they want. In postal service mail you can still try to verify its sender by examining the cancellation over the postage stamp. If it is readable, it can tell you at least the general location or post office from where it was mailed. An email has a header section with additional information that can tell where the email originated and how the email came to you. Some of it can be faked, but not all of it. Some emails also have verification information such as DomainKey (DKIM) and/or Sender Policy Framework (SPF) that verifies the email sources and if the email source is that of a known source of spam or malware. Failure to properly verify an email can result in the email message being dropped(lost) or being routed to a spam or junk folder. It all depends on your email provider.
Ask your ISP how much their service cost per email they should be able to tell you.
No, the recipient should not be able to know this information.
Is your school really that protective? They blocked it or something? My school doesn't have a problem with letting us use the computers to log into email to email projects and stuff. If you can't log in, then I don't know what to tell you besides tell your school to allow it. It's ridiculous if they don't let you get on godd*mn gmail.

Add a tee to the sender and put a guage in the tee . This will tell you the on and off points of the sender .
The truth is, there's no assurance of who is the owner of an email address except if the email address was provided to you first-hand by the owner. Any person can create an email address with any username. A random guy can easily create a Bill Gates or Steve Jobs email address.
To best answer this question consider why we needed sequence numbers in the first place. We saw that the sender needs sequence numbers so that the receiver can tell if a data packet is a duplicate of an already received data packet. In the case of ACKs, the sender does not need this info (i.e. a sequence number on an ACK) to tell detect a duplicate ACK. A duplicate ACK is obvious to the rdt3.0 receiver, since when it has received the original ACK it transitioned to the next state. The duplicate ACK is not the ACK that the sender needs and hence is ignored by the rdt3.0 sender.
In order to remove yourself from an e-mail list you might first try to reply to the address listed on the email itself and let them know their email is unwanted and you wish to be remove. Another is to put them in a "spam" list on your email preferences. Lastly tell you ISp that you wish to block the sender
