why is she getting pregnant in the first place. she needs to seriously rearrange her life. here's a little help, get God NO AND YOU SHOULDN'T GET PREGNANT AT 17. BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT YOU NEEED A STABLE JOB SO THAT YOU CAN HOUSE YOURSELF AND THE BABY. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OUT ON THE STREETS. don't hate...it happens, but you should try to go where you get the most help... not just to move out for the sake of moving out.
There are no states like that. You have to be an adult, usually 18, to move out, or have parental permission.
The same as if you are not pregnant. You have to have parental permission or a court order to move out.
She would have to have a court order. Or get their permission to get married.
no not till she is 18
yes
When you turn 18. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor.
Seventeen is not eighteen. Until they are an adult, they need parental permission or a court order.
No. But you can when you turn 18.
If they are willing to give you permission. Otherwise you have to wait until you turn 18.
Legally, if your done with school, and seventeen, you are allowed to move out, and have most of the rights as an legal adult. If you are not done with school, and you are pregnant, being pregnant gives you the right to drop out of school without parent conseption. Which means you would be allowed to leave. So that's that way. Or you could get emancipated. Which gives you the right of a legal adult. Good luck :)
Is it illegal to move out your house at seventeen
No, you cannot, and if you do, him/his parents could find themselves facing charges for it.
