yes. there are two ways your sim can have twins. either naturally or using the boolprop cheat. you enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then hold shift on your already pregnant sim then keep on clicking more until you see "force twins" click on this and voila! two little sim babies are on the way:) if this cheat doesn't work then it might be because you don't have the correct expansion packs. when my people first had twins, i had on my computer the sims 2 pets, the sims 2 season and the sims 2 nightlife. so if you have all of those you should be fine.

If that doesn't work then you have to type in the cheat box "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" then select the pregnant sim then Shift + Click on that sim and go to Spawn>Tombstone of L and D and a tombstone will pop up next to your sim click on that and it will say something like "DEBUG - ForceTwins" and click on that and then your sims will be pregnant with twins! After you have done this the next time you want to make one of your sims have twins then you can type in "ForceTwins and it will work. I hope that helped.
