no. what makes you think that
No, this machine only supports a single phone line.
A single line phone set means the phone itself can only handle 1 line connected to it. No multiplele lines on a single line phone set. :(
The cost for a two line phone is not much more than a single line. You will be looking at an additional $10-15 a month for a two line phone for your office.
If you have a single line phone you simply attached the colored wires to the matching colored screws on the wall plate. You only use the red and green wires for a single line phone. Do not cut off the yellow and blacks, simple lay them back and wrap them around the phone line. This will allow you to use them in the future should you go to a 2-line phone or get DSL.
You can receive tech support for your home phone service at the twenty-four hour hot line. Most all of the companies have this telephone line, in which you may call anytime of the day or week.
(800) 872-7342. That is the #, but they don't have a "personal support line". In other words, you can't get support.
They do not have a public phone number for customer support (the forums/email are for that) instead they have a payment questions line.
VoIP Services
A phone book is usually limited to listing people in your local area. An on-line directory isn't governed by the same restrictions, as the directory for a whole country can be stored on a single computer.
I would use the website Go Daddy. They provide help on line or by phone. There website is very informative and provides a lot of choices. They also have online support and phone support 24/7.
A VOIP phone service is impractical on dial up. For one thing people with dial up have a working phone line and are usually paying for a land line. Secondly there simply isn't enough bandwidth to support decent quality phone service.
Plug the phone line into the phone line receptacle in the back.
