A song that is not a single can be mentioned on the internet in relation to the album it came off. There is no copyright on a title, and most places are happy to have the publicity. Short clips or quotes from the song can also be used under the doctrine of 'fair use', particularly when associated with a review or critique. Just be sure to provide appropriate sources.
If a single song is mentioned alone it is considered a "single".

By "physical single release", I am guessing you mean on a CD or I-Tunes! You don't seem to be able to buy "Thats sounds good to me" as a single. However: ~ The song is on the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 CD (available on Amazon) ~ Josh Dubovie also has a CD with various songs on it (his Eurovision entry is not included in this, also available on Amazon) Otherwise, you can listen to it on youtube! Hope this helps!
