That depends on which party died. If the person who died is the one who signed the title over, then the vehicle belongs to the brother. If the brother who received the signed title is the one who died, then the vehicle belongs to his heirs or estate.

Who is the artist who painted a cabin in the woods next to a pond or lake signed with EYA od EjA.?

Same problem: just inherited a painting from my mother-in-law who was born, lived and died in Alexandria, Minnesota. Looks like chalk on thick light-toned paper similar to butcher paper. Subject is salmon-pink primroses in a musty-blue vase. Signed by E.J.A. or E.T.A. '49. Cannot find anything on the Web by this artist.

When you owe somebody and they die do you owe the amount in full to the estate or what you signed?

Whatever you owed to the living person, you also owe to the estate should that person die. To do otherwise is fraud, and a severe disrespect for the person that died, assuming they were a personal friend who loaned you the money in the first place.
