Wifi networks use a spectrum of radio frequency much higher than the bands designated by the US Government for UHF television (and most TV networks have signals in the VHF band, which is even lower). Interference is a result of multiple signals competing on the same wavelength, or very near it, and that is simply not possible for over-the-air television, as it operates at a much lower frequency.
