They can, as they are so closely related - they are still both a part of the Canis family. However, a mix between a wolf and a dog can be very aggressive. Usually, it is used to humans, but is still as strong and has the same temperament as a wolf.

Yes. Wolves and domestic dogs are closely related, in fact, they are members of the same species, but different subspecies. It is genetically possible to produce wolf-hybrids from any breed of domestic dog. Physically there may be an issue if the sire is larger than the dam as this may produce puppies too large for her to carry to term.

Yes..Coyotes too. It is not a common occurance though since domestics and wild dogs have different breeding seasons.

Of course. They belong to the same family. The resulting litter of puppies would be hybrids, half wolf, half domestic dog. This is called cross breeding.
