A woman cannot become an ordained deacon and there is no such thing as an actually ordained deaconess. In early Christianity there were deaconesses but these women were not ordained, their main role was to baptize (Baptizing especially women since the chest was anointed back then and it would have been bad for men to be assigned to baptizing women). The baptism of the deaconess was valid since lay people can validly baptize [Though it is more preferable for a deacon or priest to ordain]

__

Depends on which church you are talking about. Some churches allow women to become deacons.

If you are referring to the Catholic Church, the direct answer is no--only men may be ordained to the clergy. This is also true for other churches who are in full communion with Rome. The Holy Father has definitively ruled that the Church is incapable of ordaining females to the clerical rank.

Several references from the "Catechism of the Catholic Church" pertain:

1536 Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time: thus it is the sacrament of apostolic ministry. It includes three degrees: episcopate, presbyterate, and diaconate.

1576 Since the sacrament of Holy Orders is the sacrament of the apostolic ministry, it is for the bishops as the successors of the apostles to hand on the "gift of the Spirit," the "apostolic line." Validly ordained bishops, i.e., those who are in the line of apostolic succession, validly confer the three degrees [episcopate (bishop), presbyterate (priest), and diaconate (deacon)] of the sacrament of Holy Orders.

1598 The Church confers the sacrament of Holy Orders only on baptized men (viri), whose suitability for the exercise of the ministry has been duly recognized. Church authority alone has the responsibility and right to call someone to receive the sacrament of Holy Orders.

In some churches (denominations) women can hold the same offices and perform the same ministries as men: deacons, elders, teachers, pastors and bishops. Other denominations believe that God gave women and men different roles, and restrict women to only certain functions. In some denominations, women are allowed to be "deaconesses," while men are "deacons."

It depends if the baptist church has been reorganized. If the church follows The Bible "literally" then the churches deacons are all men with one wife and pass a number of criteria set by the scriptures. There are those that do not attend the Baptist church because of the limits on deacons.

Why a pastor can not remove a deacon in the batist church?

Baptist churches are democracies. The church elects the deacons after recommendations by the congregation or pastor. The pastor is NOT in control of the church the members are except in Baptist churches that are called "independent" and are not affiliated with a large convection like the General Baptist or Southern Baptist. This is done so the pastor can not take too much control of the church. But the church members can vote to remove a deacon. These types of things are done at business meetings in the church.
