Short Answer:Yes
Long Answer: The female reproductive system can bevery habitable for sperm 16 days after a woman who is not on hormonal Birth Control ("the pill") has her period. Thus if sperm is introduced (such as having sex without a condom) there is a decent chance of getting pregnant if precautions aren't made.
Hormones are different in every person, however, and the only way to know for sure if a woman's reproductive system is more susceptible to pregnancy or less is to know the signs and throughly chart the "cycle". (For more information on this look up 'Fertility Awareness Method' and 'Natural Family Planning'.)
Basically, the 16 day marker is around the spot in the cycle where the reproductive system goes from "highest likelihood of getting pregnant" to "little to no likelihood."
So the answer is yes, pregnancy is possible. For some the odds might be higher or lower, but the only way to know which side of that you would fall on would be to do extensive charting as is recommended by the two methods mentioned above.
