Yes. I would say so.
Actually, I (JEK) don't think so... It can certainly harm plants and reduce harvest yields, but I'm not so sure that it presents a health problem to eat foods that were affected by acid rain. Acid rain does not directly impact the health of humans (for instance, if it is rain or bodies of water are not dangerous due to acid rain). However the causes of acid rain, the oxides of sulfur and nitrogen, are dangerous.
See the Web Links for more information about the causes and dangers of acid rain.
Jupiter has clouds, but not acid rain.
To begin, you must look to the bottom of the food chain. In an aquatic ecosystem, acid rain would start by killing off algae and microscopic organisms. If there was a big enough effect on the small organisms population, then the population of the small organisms that feed on them would see a decrease as well. This would continue up a food chain by effecting the food supply of the next largest organism, thus effecting the rest of the chain. Acid Rain has the same effect on land ecosystems by killing off the smallest organisms at the bottom of the food chain such as insects, and potentially plants. Then with the dying off of lower populations hurting those next in line. Acid Rain's effects are not only felt by the smallest organisms first. If acid rain is to contaminate a body of water, or pool to create a drinking source, animals that live off of that water source could be harmed by the effects of consuming this water. Thus, lowering the population of that organism.
Acid rain causes many ill effects of acid rain to biotic and abiotic components of the earth. Acid rain erodes abiotic components and can kill or mutate biotic components.
Acid rain is bad because it causes serious health problems like birth defects and lung diseases. it can also cause cancer. acid rain also destroys monuments and kills fish. many forests are destroyed by acid rain. acid rain pollutes rivers and streams and erodes stonework.
Carbonic acid.
If it is open, the acid will contaminate it.
Wel ONe natural resource is Water. acid rain falls gets absorded into the ground water that flows into streams, lakes, rivers, and farm land. If that water is not purified it could also contaminate our drinking water.
i have contaminate the food by putting my dirty hand on the food.
It can indead affect your source of food and water.
Acid rain is acid rain.
rain with acid
Yes, Acid rain is rain with higher than normal levels of nitric and sulfuric acid.
carbonic acid rain and sulfuric acid rain
Only acid rain, normal rain does not contain acid.
Two reasons: your food could contaminate your experiment, and the experiment could contaminate your food.
by sulfuric acid
no, the acid haven't rain it
