Hi: Refrigerants are never to be blended outside of a lab controlled athmoshper. If you even suspect this may have happened to your system then recover it and tank it to be shipped off for proper handling by approved E.P.A. handling facilitys. Evacualte with approved vacuum and of course purge of system and recharge with only what system was designed for and for only the correct amount. Usually a good indicator of this having happened is just by shutting system off and letting it settle fully to the ambient temperature and compare refrigeant chart readings to ambiet/pressure comparrisons to see how they compare. If designated refrigerant pressure/temperature comparison is way off the mark then you got something else in there other than what you supposed to have. Hope this helps: Jimiwane
