No. People react to acohol diferently, and there are some "happy drunks", but they have to deal with the hellish hangover the next day, AND they normally can't remember the happiness they felt. The true path to long-term happiness is to love yourself and others, and to form deep, meaningful (but not neccessairly romantic!) relationships with those around you.
