One of the side effects of amoxicillin is peeling / loss of skin, so i wouldn't doubt that amoxicillin is whats causing your problem.
I recommend looking at this web page on the side effects and telling your doctor if conditions get worse. (see link)

No, amoxicillin is an antibiotic and does not treat yeast infections. You need an antifungal medication such as clotrimazole or nystatin. In fact, amoxicillin may increase your risks of developing a yeast infection because the antibiotic may interrupt the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina, allowing the normally present yeast to overgrow.
No.
No these two drugs can not cause you to have a seizure.
It depends on why your skin was peeling in the first place.Almost always - it can take a few weeks. though. The exception is if you were badly burned to the point that scarring occurred. It basically depends on the cause of the peeling, viz. sunburn, chemical peeling, etc.
Possibly, if not rinsed.
Ear ringing is not a recorded side effect of amoxicillin, but is associated with some illnesses, such as sinus infections or fevers.

Amoxicillin Capsules contain amoxicillin as the active ingredient which belongs to a class of antibiotics called 'penicillins'. The capsules are used to treat infections caused by bacteria that are susceptible to amoxicillin. These include: bronchitis, pneumonia, middle ear, gynaecological, urinary tract, skin (e.g. cellulitis), meningitis, typhoid, dental abscess, blood poisoning, heart inflammation. These ingredients may trigger hives since it can cause allergic reactions.
