My dealer said no. The whole instrument cluster needs to be replaced for about $600-$800 dollars, I believe.
The display does not use a bulb. There is a connection that needs to be soldered on the back of the panel. Search on Ebay and you will find someone selling details on how to do this. That is how I repaired the one on my car!

One problem with LCD Technology is the "Dead Pixel"issue, a state in where the LCD component in the pixel fails, & remains Lit (turned on). This causes the pixel in the display to be seen as a "White, Red, Green, or Blue Dot on that never changes regardless of whats being displayed. This pixel failure cannot be repaired, & your only choice is to replace the panel with a blue one. The 2nd Drawback to this is, as the Display gets older, it may get worse over time, meaning your old panel can become riddled with little dots all over it, making it annoying for most people to view. & depending on your ability to tolerate a display with this defect, might require frequent replacement.
