Yes, technically. But in practice this is very unlikely to happen.
An EU citizen can get a Swiss work and residence permit automatically (as of April 2013 the Swiss are consideringputting a limit on this, but so far have not done so). Once you have this you can stay forever, as long as you don't break the law.
No record is kept of when you leave or enter Switzerland. Switzerland and all surrounding countries are members of Schengen, and have open borders. You could leave the country for one night every 2½ months and then come back (or at least claim you did). Then the clock would restart.
But, without a residence permit you cannot rent or buy property, you can only stay in a hotel or furnished short-term accommodation. Without a work permit you cannot work in Switzerland.
Marrying a US citizen does not automatically make the other person a citizen. Spouses of US citizens can and do get deported everyday. Send him back home and apply for him while he is not in the U.S.
No
It is a rule stating that if you are married to an US citizen then you will be considered an legal citizen.
Yes All of the information I have found has said there is no way. How can I do it?
NO
Any child that is born in the U.S. is considered a U.S. citizen, therefore they have all of the rights of a U.S. citizen. However, their parents are still considered illeagal and can still be deported, and that may be with or without their child.
Depends, if you entered the country LEGALLY but overstayed your visa, then you can get legal residence without leaving the U.S. if you entered the country ILLEGALY, then you CANNOT get legal residence in this country, you would be required to travel to the U.S. embassy/consulate of your home country.
After marrying a united states citizen you are considered llegal and will not be deported. Not sure of exact process, but when getting a marriage certificate to make the wedding authentic you could probably be directed from their office.
Just ask the INS and see if they are okay with it.
Yes, the child born on U.S. soil, in the air or onboard a U.S. plane becomes an U.S. citizen automatically. It does not, however, give the non-citizen parents a right to stay (with the citizen child) in the U.S. Without proper documentation they will be deported to their homeland. At the age of 18 the child can choose to apply for permanent residency for them (so-called Green Card).
Not without proper documents.
Deported.
