I need task as a Concierge at a Timeshare Resort in Florida. I do earn commissions from local watersports companies by a service that do as a job requirement. I also am requiref to get the resort guest to go on a Timeshare 90 minite tour at the same resort . They have me on a quota of 20 Timeshare tours prepay , that is every 2 weeks 80 hours. They encurage working over time to get the quota. Knowone is making it and quits. Also what they are doing is withholding the earned activity commission money earned if we don't get our 20 Hyatt Timeshare tours and never pay it , to be forgotten of it doesn't exsit anymore, GONE. Not to be spoken of again.I ask where and when will I be getting my earned ConciergeService pay that was payer by the watersporst co. That commissions were payer to the Timeshare marketing co. That I work ed for for them to keep 25% for marketing dept.to keep, but comes with a form statement that is telling them it is to beforward tm me .And they only give us the portion that comes in during that payperiod. So if you don't make their quota they keep it to . I've recieved $7.65 perhour for not getting Timeshare commission earning greater than min. wage. And each Timeshare tour only pays $50. Dollars 10 tours are equal to $7.65 per hour ... Their are to job titles 2 services , called Concierge / O.P.C. timeshare their keeping my earned moneys, and will not move , its clear that that they are keeping our guest serice money that we earn , that is like a tip form of commissions do to the job we are non stop helping quests for their needs checking in at our desk for info activies, parking passes for resort and the restruants , watersports that the Timeshare co. gives them on the enter net for free we still have to show them where to go and sign them up on their trip, they mostly give away Sunset sails and or gift certificate we show them where it is good at . And that's not all we have to set up and break down a welcome breakfast , bingo parties , train new employees with no pay , just the way they want it ... Where is the fair pay in this? Don't ask any guestions on if you had any sales up stairs for your com to raise V.P.G. they look at you with a twich a nd burn in his I.

Kim Su lives in a city where there is 2.5 percent income tax What amount of tax would she pay if she makes 225.00 weekly?

The 2.5 percent city tax amount of 5.63 will NOT be only amount the employer will be required to withhold from her gross pay before her NET take home paycheck will be issued to her. The employer payroll department would be the only that should be able to tell you how much they will be required to withhold from your GROSS salary, wages, etc. for all of the different taxes and other amounts that they are required to withhold from your gross pay before they issue you the NET take home paycheck.

Rachael lives in a state where she pays 7 percent state income tax What will her net pay per week be if she is paid 330.00 weekly?

306.90 IF the 7 percent state income would be the only amount that the employer payroll department is required to withhold from her gross earning for that pay period The amount will never be taken out of her net take home paycheck. The employer will withhold that amount from her gross wages earnings for that pay period before the employer will issue her NET take home paycheck to her. And WHAT about all of the other necessary withholding amounts that the employer will be required to withhold from her gross earnings before they issue the NET pay check amount. If she really needs to know the best number that she might receive in her net take home paycheck she should check with her employers payroll department about this.

How much tax is taken out of 2000 dollars?

You do not have a set percentage amount for this purpose. For the tax year 2010 the social security and medicare tax is withheld by your employer payroll department from your first dollar of your gross earnings at the 7.65% rate.
