yes
Unfortunately, an illegal alien can not become an US citizen if they have been deported before. If they have a felony, they can't become a US citizen either.
Fedral Marshal Hold is when a illegal alien is arrested and convicted of a felony, then they are deported after there sentence. Then they return to the U.S. and arrested again for anything there is a good possibility they will be held on a Fedral Marshal Hold to revue the prior charge and to access the potential problems and there return to the U.S. Fedral Marshal Hold is when a illegal alien is arrested and convicted of a felony, then they are deported after there sentence. yes she gets deported..
No, a foreign national who commits a felony in the U.S. will be permanently deported after he or she has served the sentence imposed for the criminal conviction.
If they're lucky. Otherwise, they'll get a neat vacation at government expense at the Greybar Hotel. Deportation can NOT happen to a citizen, only an alien.
If it is a felony, YES! The laws clearly state that if you are not a citizen when the crime was committed you can be deported. they are clamping down more so on this law after 911. That doesn't mean it is automatic but it is very possible and I recommend you look into getting a lawyer if it does come to be.
Yes.
yes. its up to the courts tho. but if an alien gets more than one DUI then more than likely they will be deported.
If you are an illegal alien, you can get deported just for being inside the Country and getting caught. It wouldn't matter what felony crime was committed, since it is considered a Crime just for being here un-documented. Depending on what felony crime was committed will depend on whether you are required to stay inside the Country, for the purpose of administering justice for the crime, or if you can be released after conviction/deportation for just being in the Country illegally.
Individuals have no say in whether a non-citizen in the United States should be deported such decisions are made by the USCIS. Unless the person who has been granted permanent resident status commits a federal or state crime which constitutes a felony conviction he or she is not in danger of deportation.
Depending on the crime, the process is simple- the felony criminal alien will be deported to his country of origin. Wanting to remain in the US will not work. The only realistic hope would be a convention against torture case.
Yes. Just because he's a "legal" alien, he is not a US citizen, but is a citizen of another country. If he makes himself Personae Non Grata in this country he can be expelled from the US.
