yes, earthquakes happen because of faults in the crust of the earth. volcanoes come from out of faults too, so the earthquake moves the fault even bigger and magma can seep out and form into a volcano
They can trigger volcanic eruptions, but not the formation of a volcano. The mechanisms are not entirely known, but the basic idea is that the shifting of the crust can disturb the magma chamber.
Yes, for example, an earthquake triggered the 1980 eruption of Mt. St Helens in the USA. However this is a slightly chicken and egg situation in thatthe earthquake itself was a result of the volcanic activity (high pressure magma causing bulging of the crust and flanks of the volcano, triggering earthquakes, which in turn caused a landslide which triggered the eruption).

definitely. that much upward force can cause a major pulse through the water and the earth. the water pulse is also known as a tsunami.
Sometimes it can, but not necessarily always.
It can trigger a tsunami.
In an inactive volcano, magma that is traveling towards the surface of the volcano can trigger eruption. Science is also indicating that earthquakes can be a causative factor in the eruption of a volcano.
tsunami
Tensions that was built up between the tectonic plates that lie under Mt Vesuvius were finally released, causing an earthquake which subsequently resulted in the eruption.
At the boundry of two tectonic plates, you get volcanoes, earthquake epicentres and ( if its under the ocean) tsunamis.

tsunami
volcanoes eruption is developed from all the gases and movement under ground.
right beneath the thin crust of the lava that was dried and under the volcanoes in alot of cavities
actually volcanoes are always loud unless they are under water. :)
volcanoes are in many places 1:on the earth 2:on neptune 3:under the sea and on jupiter'earthquakes are movements when the earth has a crake in the core

The tectonic plates shifting is what causes an underwater volcano to erupt. Plate shifting is also the cause of tsunamis and earthquakes.
