Sometimes over stressed body may deny food. Too much stress may affect one's appetite as after being working for the whole day one may be so tired that he/she may skip one times food to get some sleep. Yet again long working hours and too much pressure may consume the hunger so you forget to eat. Lack of time for lunch or breakfast may leave us with no other option than grabbing some unhealthy or malnutrition foods. All these directly or indirectly affect our health and in the long run affect our living. Having a balanced diet along with your stressful working life is absolutely essential to live a healthy life.

Great question. An eating disorder is not a result of stress. Stress can, however, trigger an existing pre-disposition to an eating disorder. That means that two people can live from birth to death without an eating disorder. If those two were to experience the same stressful trauma, one might experience an unexpected fall into binge eating, etc... whereas the other person might go through the experience completely differently and without the same lingering result.
