yes,i have an 86-350 change carb,distributor with mid seventys,and i even blocked of the egr. cost about 700.00 to do it.
It stands for Electronic Control Module. It is located on the distributor & controls the fuel/air mix, idle setting etc.
Looking from front of truck, it is mounted on top of the engine, left of the throttle body.
