No...I went a couple of weekends ago and a person that had a felony from over 10 years ago was not able to take a tour of the White House. They pulled the individual to the side and discreetly told them that they were unable to go on the tour.
I bet if POTUS wants him/her there a convicted felon can even wine and dine at the White House. Case in Point the Scary Joker that was just given "clemency"!
