Tire is not properly balanced, Tire is defective and/or out of round, Tire has a broken internal belt, a bent wheel, If the vibration is extremely fast and produces a droning noise, a defective universal joint or defective drive shaft is the likely cause..
They are balanced
They are balanced
Static imbalance or an out-of-round tire or wheel. Can also be caused by serverly worn shocks/struts. Have the tires balanced and the wheels checked. Inspect the shocks/struts.
If a tire were square, than it would be a dick.
The tire needs to be balanced or the shock is dead.
One that has been put on a machine and weights added to compensate for any imbalance/imperfection caused either by wear or by the mfg. process (on new tire)
vibration in a tire at certain speeds usually means that wheel needs balancing.while wheel is off car being balanced have it checked for out of round or any bulges in side walls
most likely its a dynamic balance, basically you need to get your wheels balanced, but wheel bearings could cause it (least likely) an out of round tire may cause it (most cause is static balance) bottom line get your wheels balanced
Unless you see any cracks etc in the rim itself Take it to a tire shop or garage and have it spin balanced...May just need to be balanced, Chuck
I would look for a tire that is out of round or a bent wheel. I would place each one on a balancer and watch the horizon of the tire for a out of round condition. Do the same for a possible bent rim. You see, you can balance a bent rim and a out of round tire...This should have been caught at that time. If your shop seems unresponsive to this, go to a different shop.
Round Shape of course :)
