If it has inappropriate content, see if there is a 'contact us' section to have the issue resolved. If you are the owner click on manage (at the top) then scroll down to the bottom and click X Delete Ning NetworkIf you are not the owner then email them and askthem to delete it.
Yea.. if the real owner of the website allows you to edit and make changes in his existing site then you can say it legally edit a website you do not own.
Well, that depends on which website you're referring to. Normally it's the other way around: The owner of a website will have to pay someone for getting traffic to his website. He would either have to pay money or pay with his own time by working for the traffic.
i have a 1990 Cadillac Seville and my trunk has hydraulics on it. I just have to shut it until its almost closed and then it does the rest on its own. but you shouldn't have to slam it down or anything If it does not pull down you need to replace the pull down switch.
if your asking us then what's the point of creating the website imagine if someone writes the wrong answer and right it for their tests they will get a low grade so I suggest you to shut down this website or write your own answers please

What scam sites? Google doesn't 'own' most of the sites it indexes. It purely finds the content and delivers it to you via the search engine. It can remove sites from it's listings but it has no power to shut them down.
