Yes! A Volcano can still erupt, even when it is raining. Think about it: how would the rain stop an enormous land form from spewing lava? If it rained while lava was oozing from the depths of the earth, I can only imagine that the liquid rock would cool faster.
*Fact: Molten rock inside the earth is called magma, and it is not lava until it is outside the earth.

they errupt
It is like a pipe within the volcanoe in which the magma exits the volcanoe
Inactive volcanoes are unlikely to errupt, however there is no guarantee that they won't errupt . Also called dormant volcanoes.
A volcano's vent is located at the top and usually emits smoke. The vent allows for the escape of pressure in the volcano itself. However when the force becomes too great inside the volcano, the vent will explode raining down debris.
Mauna Loa on Hawai'i is also the worlds largest volcanoe.
