Of course we can't. There are some questions that can't be answered (like "When will I die?" or "Who is going to be the next president?"). And there are some questions that would take a whole college course to answer (like "What are the names of every animal on Earth?"").
Some do get posted on Answers.com.

No; and this answer is proof of that. Thousands of answers are provided every day, though not all questions get answered.
