∙ 10y agoNo; antibiotics for chlamydia should not cause you to bleed when pregnant. Chlamydia itself can cause unexpected vaginal bleeding, or perhaps something else is going on. Talk about your bleeding as soon as possible. Contact your health care provider within the next 24 hours, or go directly to the emergency room if you're in the first trimester and have pain and bleeding.
