if the concern university has no objection the any body can do two or more degree in same time.its depand on his / her capability.mostly universities in India now offering duel degree courses now a days. so before joining check the biologe/ rules regulation of concern universities.
mostly distance learning universities has no such condition,(universities has no such rule that can prevent two get two degreies in same times)
