There is no reason why a form of life doesn't exist on Mars. If life can exist in the very hot thermal vents deep in the earth's oceans, then why life in some form can't exist on another planet in some form?
No.As far as humans know kangaroos only live in Australia, therefore it is extremely unlikely that they can live on Mars. The Mars Rover has failed to find any form of kangaroo life on Mars.
no because no life can live there
No. Humans only live on Earth. There is likely no life at all on Mars.
For Mars to sustain life, it would have to have some of the major characteristics that Earth has. Since it doesn't, it can not sustai life.
