Can anyone help me I am 13 and every week we go swimming in school and i have had my period I am so aifaid of that day when it happens i can't sleep because I worry to much can you help me?

Don't worry about it! Getting your period is a natural, normal part of life. Keep some pads or tampons with you, and if you don't feel comfortable swimming with your period, then just sit it out that day. Just say you don't feel like swimming or something. If there are any other girls with you, they should understand, especially if they are older and have had periods. It can be a bit daunting at first, but the best thing you can do is just get used to it... you'll be getting them every month for the next 40 years!
