Its like any other lobby, but that its in private match. Any kills earned in the host's lobby count toward your actual live rank, and so when the host sets each kill to 4.5 million xp you actually get 4.5 million xp and rank up usually 70 or so levels. So as long as your in the lucky lobby, you get the xp to become tenth.

You have to play and get XP until you get to level 70. From there you click "Prestige Mode" in the "Barracks". You do this until you get to tenth prestige. There was a mod that would get you to tenth immediately but that was patched. There is a mod that is still around only for xbox's that have been "J-Tagged" which allows them to host a game where everyone gets 2.5 million XP per kill. Most people say they can do it if you pay them 1600 Microsoft points. I suggest you don't trust them as most of them are scammers.
